Strengths:Great design, beautiful backlight
Weaknesses:Poor control over devices, not compatible with many
Review:I loved the look, feel, design, weight, customizeability, pick-up sensor. However, I tried using it to control my Philips TV, and mostly none of the buttons worked without being learned, and that took up space that I needed to program all of the other devices. This remote is great as long as your products are older than 2 years. If they are newer than that, then good luck trying to get them to work properly.

Strengths:+ The fade in and out
+ The look on peoples faces when I pick it up
+ It controls everything I have
Weaknesses:- The amount of batt. I've used
- You sometimes need two hands to control it.
Review:I picked up this remote just to try it out and I'm very happy with the turnout. Alot of people say that 60 dollars is alot to pay for a remote control that is until they see it. I'm very happy with my product. And for the people who said that the remote hums they need to take there's back to the store for a swap-out. Mine has NO noise

Strengths:Perfect shape, amazing touch screen, right button size. Learning and macro ability.
Weaknesses:My Technics CD changer cannot be controled.
Review:It is just the perfect remote and replace all 6 remotes that clustered my table. It was able to use one button to control most activities using macro mode. It even learned to control a DVD player that was not listed anywhere.

Overall, a very good universal remote.

Strengths:Excellent value, easy to program, user friendly
Weaknesses:backlight timeout too fast/not adjustable
Review:Purchased last night on my way home from the office. Up and running with five devices (two satellite receivers) in about ten minutes! All five remotes went into the drawer and didn't come back out. Wife was delighted! Operating my JVC DVD player seems a little clunky, but perhaps we just need to get used to it.

Strengths:A very sturdy remote that fits very comfortably in your hand. The "learning feature of the remote is very handy. I can customn program almost any key from the original remote in seconds. It is the easist remote I have ever tried to program.
A plethora of codes are available to program from.
The unit is also very light and is a conversation piece when seen in a darkly lit room.
Weaknesses:The unit does drain batteries but you need to control the backlight intensity to preserve battery life.
The backlight goes off after about 7 seconds which can be a little annoying. There is no way to adjust how long the backlight stays lit.
Installing batteries can be cumbersome.
Review:I have tried many remotes such as One For All, and this 15-2133 has the easiest one that I have ever set up.
I have the DISH PVR 508 satellite receiver and was told that the unit may not work with this unit. I had all functions working from the 15-2133 in about 20 minutes. I was able to program all buttons from the original remote into the Kameleon. Most of the commands worked after the very first try.
I have also programmed my Sony reciever with this remote as well as my Panasonic DVD recorder, VCR and CD changer.
I was also not able to detect any real noise from the remote unless I put it right next to my ear.
I would definitely recommend this remote to anyone who wants a great looking remote with great functionality at a good price. I say, get one when you can!

Strengths:Price, Looks. Animated device icons. Easy to read without reading glasses.
Weaknesses:Clumsy feel, screen saver is very annoying! Could not program all Sony AV receiver's inputs. Humming noise.
Review:I bought this last night and intend on returning this product. The ergo-dynamics is not the best. The sreen saver would come on in the middle of use, which annoyed the heck out of me. Sony A/V receiver inputs would not work, as well as other options. Humming noise from the remote was a bit loud The pice is right if you can by the screen saver.(Extremely annoying!)

Strengths:looks nice, operates most stuff OK
Weaknesses:Limited inbuilt codes, VERY Limited memory for learning, limited battery life
Review:Upon purchase, I thought this was going to be a winner... but alas no. As it didn't have inbuilt codes for any of my equipment, I had to "teach" it all the codes (a very time consuming job, that often takes multiple attempts) - and then bang! it ran out of memory about 3/4 of the way - so I had to unlearn my least used buttons so I could fit most stuff on it!
