I have been playing with the mx-3000 software program like a mad fool, and I really like it. It seems to have fixed some of the problems from previous MX programs. It's really free, and I can do just about anything with it I want. So far I have made several of my own templates and image banks, and am thoroughly enjoying the whole process. Now if my remotes would ever show up so I can finish the programs, and put them in the remotes!

So what's the latest street date on the 3000 - does anyone have an informed (or even semi-educated) idea?

No official word as of this time or any rumours that I know of.

I just had training with Hank yesterday. He says there are about 200 remotes on their way from Korea right now, all alocated of course.

I hope they're paddling fast.

Well, I can't say everything I know... but I can say that I've just completed my first custom MX 3000 template for a client.

:)

Well, that's semi-encouraging news! I hope more consumers want custom templates soon (they can't be too far off now can they?)
