Keep you're eye on the forums ;-)

here's more info...

The SST-688 will be on display at CES next week, so there'll be pictures and information about it very soon. It's supposed to be specifically set up for PVR use though. More to follow.

Is there any info out on this yet? Was just about to get a SST-659 but now I may wait for the SST-688 especially since it is designed for DVR users. Would love to see a picture of the layout.

Is it priced the same? Around $199.00 or is it more expensive like the 768 around $299.00?

I have heard the SST-688 won't be shipping until March, and that it will cost more than the SST-659, but that is all I could find out before Thursday...

Hey MikeSRC

Where or how will we be able to get new info? Will the surfremote or remotecentral website have a CES update on it? How about harmonyremote?

Any insight would be helpful

I found the following at dailywireless.org

Product Description: Internet-powered method for programming and configuring universal remote controls. At CES2004, Harmony Remote introduces three new products: the SST-688, the SST-768RF and the WiFi Command Center, a complete wireless solutions package with touch screen control.
