These codes work on the TS-360. I'm so psyched. I have the new Marantz RC5400 and am generally way disappointed about the compatability issues between this and the Pronto. If anyone knows how to convert the jillions of Pronto PCFs on this website into wizz-it 1.0 readable files, please let me know. Thanks.

Does anyone have a TS360 setup in either a CCF or in a .mxf/.mxd file? I need it for my MX-800.

Don, you beat me to it, but here they are for
the Pronto users courtesy of John Fine"s MakeHex:

*bump*

Is there a way to download some pronto software and feed it these codes, producing a CCF file? Then I could open that CCF file from MX-Editor and copy the codes.

Has anyone found a discrete code for the 160's
zoom commands? Would like to be able to specify
pillar/zoom/full in macros but I can't really
do it without a discrete code (unless someone
knows how to force the box into a known state
first!).

thanks in advance

did anyone ever get descrete codes for input select or zoom

thank you

I checked every function code(all 255) under device
code 9.9. I was able to duplicate every function
from the OEM remote and verified(again) the power
commands and found the extra commands above.

Jason

At this time discrete codes for the zoom/aspect function for the ts160 do not exist.

I ran a full code search on the TS-160, and the
only discrete codes I found, in addition to the
power, were these:

In order to use one of the codes above, you will need to cut/paste the hex data(the long string of number WITHOUT the device/function code, just the numbers) into the add IR protion of the software. I just downloaded and installed the Marantz RC3200 editor software and you need to open a button, then click "Add IR code", which brings up the IR code window. From here click "Edit IR" which open a window where you can cut/paste this information into the software. Try the cut/paste method and make sure you are using software version 1.4.6 which adds support for pasting Pronto hex codes. The software that came in the box with the remote may not have this feature.

As for input codes for the 360, I am sorry but numerous others have reported that they do not exist. If you would like, I can send you a file that you can use to test all 256 commands for the 360 and see if you can find the input commands.

Has anybody figured out a workaround for selecting specific profiles on the 160?

Hello all, newbie here. Does anybody know if there are any universal remotes that is fully compatible with a Samsung SIR-T351? I recently had an RS Kameleon 8-1. Although it could control the channel, volume etc, it could not control the MENU. I ended up returning that remote. Reading thru the forums here, what I should have done is have RS or Kameleon reprogram it to include the code for my T351. But since I'm here now, I'd appreciate if anyone can tell me if there's already a universal remote that has the SIR T351 code. Thanks!

I think there are some OFA remotes that have a built in setup code, but then you are stuck with how they laid it out and assuming the 360 responds to the same discrete power commands that the 160 resonds to, then those won't be in a built in setup code. Why not spend a $35 for a JP1 capable OFA remote and cable and you can do your own upgrade and put the commands exactly where you want them. For more information:
