A subset of those codes are available in this CCF file:

You can make the entire set of codes using MakeHex plus either Hex2ccf or IrPanels.

Use jvc.irp and set device=115
Follow instructions in the readme file that comes with MakeHex and/or many other posts at RemoteCentral drescribing use of MakeHex.

Hex2ccf or Irpanels gives you a ccf file with buttons numbered 0 to 255 in decimal. But your pdf list codes 01 to 7F in hex. So you need to convert those codes from hex to decimal in order to select the right buttons.

I think it's as simple as getting MakeHex. Load the jvc.irp into notepad (or maybe jvc_two_frames.irp - I'm not sure what the difference is) and change the device number to 115 (73 in hex is 115 in decimal) and set functions from 1 to 127.

Then convert the code numbers (which are in hex) to decimal to "pick out" the function numbers which MakeHex has generated.

For example Menu (2EH) should be function 46, HDMI1 (70H) should be 112 etc.
