I think it's as simple as getting MakeHex. Load the jvc.irp into notepad (or maybe jvc_two_frames.irp - I'm not sure what the difference is) and change the device number to 115 (73 in hex is 115 in decimal) and set functions from 1 to 127.
Then convert the code numbers (which are in hex) to decimal to "pick out" the function numbers which MakeHex has generated.
For example Menu (2EH) should be function 46, HDMI1 (70H) should be 112 etc.
