Frequency : 38KHz
After rereading this entire thread, I'm convinced you should believe them. 38KHz is correct.
Wavelength : 940nm
That refers to a physical characteristic of the IR emitter in the remote, not to something you can change by programming. I have no idea what that value is for any of the remotes discussed in this thread.
If that value is wrong by a moderate amount, that reduces the maximum distance at which the remote works, but doesn't make it fail entirely. If that value is wrong by a lot, the remote would fail entirely. I don't think that values varies enough between different IR remote control systems to really matter. But I'm not sure.
CUSTOM CODE : 866B
That is the 134.107 discussed many times in this thread.
Power : 0x1EE1
CH1 : 0x02FD
CH2 : 0x06F9
CH3 : 0x08F7
In MakeHex function numbering that is
power = 30
CH1 = 2
CH2 = 6
CH3 = 8
I've used makehex to
gen codes with 134.107 and 38000 and loaded the pronto
successfully, but the 3-play just sits there mocking me
with it's evil green unblinking eyes.
I assume you used the NEC1.irp file, and changed just device (maybe frequency).
I can't think of a reason that it wouldn't have worked.
