Checkout the reviews on the net.
Their audio equipment is constantly at the top
of the tree.
And harman is honest about its power outputs etc,
which is more then can be said for other so called
topline products.
Hmmmmm seems strange that Mercedes, BMW and others
are nowing speccing Harman gear in their vehicles
after the success of the home entertainment range!
Also seems strange that Harman seem to win so
many awards.
As always listen yourself, and don't listen to
some comments on here that may be influenced by
installers that get paid to push others products!!!!!!
(I use what I choose, whether thats Harman, denon,
or Marantz etc.....get no bonuses for pushing
gear!)
If this was aimed at me, let me just say I in no way profit from giving my opinions and sharing my experiences on a free message board.
I posted about H/K because it was a product that was recommended to the author of the thread and I believe that we should all help eachother out and enable us all to make informed decisions.
I REALLY do have all those defective pieces of gear in my storage room. I also think it may have just been a bad batch or a few bad component shipments to the factory.
If I was making this type of decision it surely wouldn't be based solely on RC threads, and I would also be upset if someone had an experience like this and didnt share it with me. Most of us will do our own research, but you cannot find many places to get honest experiences from people that live and breath this industry.
I for one would NEVER want to come and share experiences and help eachother, but where everyone is only allowed to post positive thoughts. Does that sound helpful to you?
