I HATE smoking/Smoke!!!! But I, me, myself have a choice of where to eat. I dont think the government has the right to tell a restaurateur how to run his business regarding smoking or not! Where do the laws stop?? Where does the control the masses end? I dont like smoke when I eat. Oh my, what do I do??? Simple, I eat elsewhere where there is no smoke! How can it be more simple? I see signs at the Occupy-Wallstreet-I-Dont-Have-A-Job-Give-Me-Free-Stuff-I'm-Entitled-Movement that say "Socialism is not a dirty word". Really? REALLY? It most certainly is and is not what this country was founded on. We must NEVER be a socialist country or we lose the country. Yes, its not perfect, yes we need some changes.

People who smoke in restaurants are selfish morons. They are the guys using profanity while standing in line behind a lady and her children. They are the guys who park in two spaces at the mall. They are the reason we have so many silly laws. The laws are meant to keep these morons from getting shot or beaten to death by a mob of angry towns people.

On paper it might seem like Tim was a better choice than the Pakistanis. But Tim went on to become a home grown terrorist. Is it possible that the Pakistanis wanted to protect their home and family with the glock? I don't think it makes you a racist and its your choice who you sell the gun to (private sale between citizens). Just pointing out the old "don't judge a book by its cover" thing. This is why racial profiling is a joke. We could have stopped and detained every Pakistani in the country and not been able to stop the Oklahoma City Bombing.
