Last night I relived a high school drink and made a gallon of Skip And Go Naked. It was okay, drank that along with some Modelo Especial with lime, finished with a bud light and a couple Kamikaze shots, nearly of my choice.
Was planning to make one of my delicious bloody Mary's today while in recovery. It never got up to it.

Got some new treats for Christmas. Michter's small batch bourbon, if you like whiskey worth a taste. Three Philosophers Belgian style quadrupel from Cooperstown NY, one hell of a beer. I also discovered Smuttynose brewing co. from New Hampshire, this might just be the year of a new beer every week. My wife bought me a book titled 1001 you must taste before you die. At a six pack a week, thats the next twenty years, I think I'm up for the challenge. [Link: amazon.com]

I used to get Smuttynose from Wells Liquors, about a dozen years ago. Try Geary's from Maine. Grant's is another I miss. Quite the selection in the Baltimore market.
I recently dipped into my stash of Anchor Christmas. 2002 was better than 2003.

opened up the bottle of B.Nektar Orange Blossom Mead about a half hour ago. I'm pretty messed up right now. That stuff is just too damn good.
