Ed will be known as the Tiger Woods of the integration business, followed closely with the renaming of his company to "Hotties A/V". The tag line will be "We like big racks and tight holes"... |

Glass from a bottle of $13 Cline Cashmere, opened Thurs night, tasted like fortified wine tonight. I don't think the VAC-u-vin failed, as much as the wine.

[Link: beeradvocate.com] Had this last night at Bonefish grill. I was surprised they had a craft beer on the menu. It went great with mu orange roughy dinner.

Not a craft beer, it's from Unibroue.
I haven't been to Bonefish Grill in a few years, but it's a great chain restaurant. One of the few seafood options around here, besides sushi and good steakhouses.
I had a Bridgeport Ebenezer Christmas ale tonight, good stuff. Followed by more Nyquil. This cold won't die.

Had the Beer Valley Black Flag Imperial Stout (green capped hop harvest version which means hoppy stout) today. YUM! May have solved my quest to find a replacement for the "never to be seen again Escondidian 15 Anniv from Stone. [Link: beeradvocate.com][Link: beeradvocate.com]

We should start a beer club or trading thread. I know I'd be willing to ship some of Californias finest for a little east coast love. I'm a big fan of the Dundee Honey Brown you guys get back there. The closest thing we have here is a very smooth Honey Blonde from a local brewery (Firestone) but its not available in a bottle. Seasonal item on tap only.
I used to love Old Vienna back in the day and wouldn't mind a refresher in that coarse as well.
I think we have some great beers in California but anyone who hasn't sampled the selection coming out of the north east really needs to. You guys have some excellent choices.

Unibroue's beers are a bit unusual, but they're not brewed in small batches, per se.
But you're right. Most people would consider them a craft beer.
