Matt, you know you have a problem when you say things like: "...I am on Vacation this coming week, but could probably break away to assist." Having said that, I appreciate you willingness to do it.

Does anyone know if I am correct in believing that I heard Matt say the ASD3N Ipod doc allows video playback? Or was that a new dock not yet available?

Audyssey DSX A couple of small GUI changes Napster Music sharing form our new docks coming this fall
I haven't heard any mention of an upgrade to DPLIIz or DSX [for the 5308].
Is there any shot that the 5308 will gain Napster audio streaming service? It appears to be a more cost-effective monthly service than Rhapsody, which I'm currently subscribed to. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Also, has there been any further discussion on whether the 5308 may obtain, via (paid) Feature Update, PLIIz and/or Audyssey DSX? Thank you very much in advance for your reply.

Thank you very much in advance for your reply. Napster and the other features have not been discussed. I can't say for certain, but it doesn't look like these feature will be offered as an Upgrade.

As a relatively recent owner of the 5308, I would be quite willing to pay for such an upgrade, if one was to become available. I am not eager to replace my 5308 to gain such new features. I believe others would feel similar. Should Denon consider such an upgrade, that would be great! Thanks again for your time. Adam

Adam No problem. I also have a 5308CI and love it. THe added features would be nice, but I still consider myself a happy camper.

I just wanted to say thanks for awesome job at training today! I been to your trainings before but I just wanted to say you are one of the best product trainers I've ever had. I appreciate someone who is not just trying to sell products but someone who is there to inform us about everything related to A/V receivers and speaker setups.
Nice work!

Matt, One of the reasons I chose the 2310 was to allow tv to be watched if someone wanted to just use the tv speakers. I turned on HDMI control and video works, but no audio - most of the time. I say most of the time b.c. when the 2310 is in standby and the tv and cable box are on, the video is fine, but no audio until I change it to a different channel. Then every channel gets a purple hew but the audio comes on. Any suggestions? I have a sony xbr 46" hooked up via hdmi, and comcast motorola box hooked up via hdmi. Any suggestion? Thanks in advance...

Matt,
Not sure if posting this here is appropriate, but I'm stumped.
I just bought and set up a brand new Denon AVR-3310. I'm experiencing a delay between audio on the main zone and zone 2 (using both simultaneously). I haven't tried zone 3. The main zone is slightly behind Zone 2 no matter the source. Pre-out 2 is running to a Niles amplifier powering six sets of polk in-ceiling speakers. Main is powering two def. tech. tower speakers. Delay is just enough to be annoying.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Any suggestions?
