Ok, my bad, I misunderstood. I will retract my statement above. It appears that Peggy has a real problem. I know there are a lot of C4 dealers in here that can get the word out on this guy. I too am rather curious why he is shipping C4 to NY though. Was he intended to do the install or is there more to the story?

I've heard things about this guy in the past but was surprised to actually see somethng about him posted here. My guess is that you're SOL, sorry.
It seems the only thing Brent is good at is disappearing when he owes someone.

Last login on C4's forum was 4/5/09. Gotta love the industry we're in. Where else can you take advantage of nice people and they not persue legal action for 7 month. What a scumbag. I'll be sure to post something on C4's forum next time he post. I'll ask him if he ever got intouch with Peggy.

I thought about that all day, I know get a life, but really what an ass. I just keep thinking that there is two sides to every story.
I can't imagine someone not pursuing the issue right away I don't care how
nice he was.
So before we condem this guy to a hell we should know all the facts.
like maybe Peggy's check did'nt clear.

Theres always 2 sides to the story. Heres what we have so far.
We have established who Peggy and Brent are.
Peggy is looking for Brent and claims he cant be found (wont return calls or email). She is posting on message boards looking for Brent.
Peggy claims Brent owes her product that has been paid for.
Now.. before the stones start flying and so i have something to do later.. Brent should chime in (we know hes a member here) and set the record straight.
If Brent doesnt offer his side of the story there can be only 2 possible reasons why.
#1.He is not alive.
#2.He owes peggy the gear.
IMO If he owes peggy the gear its because his financial situation is keeping him from making things right. I doubt hes an outright crook or he wouldnt have an online presence that dates back so far. Its not a sin to go broke but the reality of business today.. with the internet.. is that everything you do is recorded. An angry clients voice can reach much further than their inner circle.
He took her check, cashed it, spent it and didnt ship her gear. Its pretty black and white from the paying clients perspective.
