Hell we just finished our first week of kindergarten and I am like "where did the time go".

Your writing skills seem very good to only be in kindergarten

That is only because we are in the US. In other first world nations all kindergartners write that well.

That's another urban legend.

They write on what would be our second grade level.

Note to self...plan camera/speaker/outdoor AP installs for late fall/early winter when the plants are all dead making it easy to get to everything. I probably destroyed 1000 spider webs mucking around looking for cable locations.

I think we are only installing in the fall period. No more summer or winter installs. I will do sales in the spring.

Summers and winters are my time.

Drank a few beers and listened to Jason Isbells album SouthEastern. A masterpiece.

I stole a job from the phone company this morning.

I'm working on a restaurant/bar project that's part of a ski resort. One of the managers walked in with two other people, and I overheard them talking about the router location and the network. I stepped out of the equipment location and told them all the network equipment is in the rack. I assumed they were the POS provider. One of them said they were with the telco provider and doing the wifi. I quickly explained the wifi and network is already done. They were a bit upset. Lol

Sometimes you get to be the bull. Now I just need to get the rest of the buildings on property.

Swapped 116 temporary Lutron keypad button kits with engraved button kits. This is the first time in 10 years that the interior decorator chose standard decora plates with visible screws. I used a regular/non-powered screw driver. #carpeltunnel

+1

I cannot listen to this album without picking up my acoustic and playing along.

J.I. is a great lyricist and songwriter. S.E. is a wonderful collection. Check out his new one "Something More Than Free". Equal to S.E. (almost) and Children of Children is a stunning song. (note to Foo Fighters Fans: you will not like J.I.).

I also find it interesting that I have yet to find a single "southerner" that know about J.I.

I guess he's not "Bro-Country" enough.

Also check out the Avett Brothers from the Charlotte area
Chasing Ernie's post count, one useless post at a time.

Took my daughter to see Taylor Swift in Nashville. Great show great performer. Special guest Leona Lewis and Mick Jagger! Mick rocked it out. Had a great time with 5 10 year olds. We were about 8' from the runway stage and it was pretty awesome. Lots of smiles!!

Word on the street says that you dropped kids off at the movie theater and went to the concert by yourself.
