...So its been awhile since I last posted in here...but our showroom is nearing its final stages of completion. Here's a quick taste of our living room system - not complete yet and still some work to do...but very happy with how its turned out.

I'll post a few more photos next week including our theater room, kitchen and conference room.

Thank you all for the years of experience and assistance.

Two sets of speakers are for A/B comparison or are you doing virtual surround?

Monitor Audio MRCentre Spec says 6 1/2 Depth. On the website and in the manual.

What they really mean is the wooden box is 6 1/2". The grill and binding posts add over half an inch.

No big deal right? Until someone tries to close the cabinet doors that hide the TV!

If i take the TV & mount down i should be able to move the wood back or replace it with something thinner so that the CC fits. What should take 5 minutes will take hours now. I feel like using my sawzall to cut a half inch off the back of the CC...then wrapping it with black duct tape to seal it up. You would think that a company that has been around this long would have figured out how to use a measuring tape by now.

Mario, it will actually be a 6pr stereo + 4center channel manual selector, eventually I'll bypass manual selection and probably use a Crown Amp with built in BSS processing so each speaker gets a dedicated output channel and its own processing/eq

- to be installed are a Triad NanoSat3.0 Soundbar, Kef T301c, Sonance VP62 as a center (installed behind the TV - yes I know we had this debate on here a while back but it will allow clients to determine if that are ok with the option) plus pre-terminated jacks for other speakers to be plugged into.

The surrounds are a pair of Sonance VP62r's which won't switch for now, but we have the ability to add additional options for them too.

The kitchen will be able to a/b VP62r vs Amina/Triad Invisible Speakers

Left the beach since it was just going rain anyway.

Now I'm here and it's just going to rain.

The weather forecast is for up to 12" of rain on Saturday. Think I need a boat.

Lol!

I drove my car out of jersey and hanging out at my GFs house for the evening in pa. (My car never sees rain and the day I had to actually drive it to the dealership to get PA inspection stickers a freaking monsoon hits)

I cannot listen to this album without picking up my acoustic and playing along.

J.I. is a great lyricist and songwriter. S.E. is a wonderful collection. Check out his new one "Something More Than Free". Equal to S.E. (almost) and Children of Children is a stunning song. (note to Foo Fighters Fans: you will not like J.I.).

I also find it interesting that I have yet to find a single "southerner" that know about J.I.

I guess he's not "Bro-Country" enough.

Also check out the Avett Brothers from the Charlotte area

Yeah I downloaded children of children and I will check out Something More Than Free. I have been playing his stuff over and iver on a new set of Tannoy 4i floorstanders. Great speakers for the money!!!

Hes not a fake country guy... and I'm pretty over Foo Fighters for now although I enjoy a few of their songs.
