We installed a new Planar 46" 2x2 video wall, Black Box iCOMPEL, Crown & Klipsch 70v sound system, and loss prevention/analytic camera system in Orlando, FL. Pictures of the video wall to come.

Finished up a job that was prewired almost 6 months ago. Basic basement surround sound system and located equipment for upstairs tv in the rack...reused most of the clients old crappy stuff..super tight budget but we pulled it off within budget.

Super nice family, "working class" As we were leaving the husband stopped us, sincerely thanked us for the great job we did and appreciated even more that we treated his small "humble home" with the utmost care and respect. Handed me and my helper each 20 bucks as a tip for dinner.

As I'm driving home I get an email thanking us again....

You know, I've worked in alot of homes and have done some pretty neat systems for millionaires but I always love working for "the working class" I can say some of my favorite customers are in this category... But I've never been thanked so senserely before, makes you feel kinda good you know and it's also nice to know that there are some good customers left in this world

One of my wealthiest clients is exactly the same way. Some of my least wealthy customers were exactly the opposite. I think it has to do with how you're raised or something...

It's funny how the latter have this huge sense of entitlement while the former, even though so much wealthier than we'll ever be, seem to be so grateful for us showing up and doing good work for them (even though it should be us being thankful for the jobs they give us!).....

All my help was out today, so I mounted this 55" TV and finished the job on my own. Glad I have a decent arm span.

Installed a Wilson Cellular booster at an Aplaca farm way out in the country.
Now to bid Wifi, cameras, audio and cleanup work at the main house.
I may be schizophrenic, but at least I have each other.

LED's in that size with regular mounts aren't too bad. I had to dismount, lower, and reinstall a few year old 50" Panasonic plasma installed on a Sanus VMPL50 articulating arm that was over a fireplace on my own a couple weeks ago. Was orginally installed by someone else. I try to NEVER install a TV on an arm over a fireplace. It looks rediculous IMHO
