What I did was cut and paste all the buttons from a source
page I wanted to use for a screenshot to the system page.
It's the only page that doesnt have those lines that are
overlayed on top making the graphics look strange.

Just a quick tip for anyone still working on this and hasn't figured it out by now; don't forget to substitute any actions on the buttons with a single delay to get rid of the action icon that appears in the upper right corner of the button

Or you can right-click over the icon and choose to turn off the action-icon display.

OK, it would appear that there has been at least one case where I did not receive a contest submission and no email was bounced back to the sender. This would appear to be the result of an oversized attachment (my mailbox only allows up to 32mb for a single email, but due to encoding it's possible that files around ~25mb in size might be rejected).

So, please ensure that you have received a personal email from me informing you that your entry was received. If you did not receive such an email please contact me right away.

Daniel,

I did receive an e-mail that said you got the entry but I did not get one to say that you received the graphics I re-sent. Should I have?

Hi daniel

I just bought my 9600 and would love to enter the competiton now that it is open to Australia. I have very little programing skills, but plenty of design ones. Can i submit files as JPG's of screen shots as I dont yet know how to programme the buttons.

Alas the entry period ended early April. The next stage - user voting - will actually be starting in a few days.

However you may still want to send in your design for the Pronto Professional file area (opening as soon as voting begins).

Many of us want to see the entries and to vote. But how about we all give Daniel a fair go. He's already said he's been laid low and is working when he can. I imagine getting it all up online in the way we usually expect to see things at remotecentral takes time. He's already said it will be ready in a few days. How about we cut him some slack and just chill out. It will happen when it can.

On the left side of this page in the yellow column, there's a link. Navigate there to read and vote. You must have a user ID on this site to vote and you can vote exactly 1 time per user account. All in the fine print.
