Poor Network Performance of 1 of 5 TSU9600s

Out of the 5 9600s that I have, one has major issues connecting and staying connected to the WiFi network. All have the same firmware and all run the same xcf file. I have tried searching and reading about the networking, but since the other 9600s connect quickly and stay connected until sleeping, I think something must be different or wrong with the one 9600. One question I have is that during a battery replacement (I have replaced the batteries in all of the 9600s) could I have damaged (not fatally) the antenna or ??? Could it be a different generation of 9600s? Any clues would be appreciated.

Compare the firmware with the others in the settings page.
Try it with the others turned off.
Try resetting the router. Power off then on.
Try on a different router completely.
Try swapping the battery with one of the others.
You could also reload or swap the configuration with one of the others.

Post all the things you have tried with the results.
