Update: I bought a new battery (did not want to change doing something bad to a working 9600). As of right now it looks like the new battery has corrected the problem. The previous battery was just about a year old and the 9600 had the connection problem for a while. I don't know if it was the battery brand or just a bad battery, but I bought a different brand. I will update if my initial several days of testing prove different.
Thanks alpha and buzz.
Just as a side note; the "bad" battery would keep a charge just like the others, but it must have had some issue with its ability to deliver the needed power or something.

Well my first impressions were not correct, the suspect 9600 still does not connect as quickly or stay connected as well as the other 4 9600s.
Still looking for a reason. Any new ideas?
I have the same issue on two of my TSU9600, I have tried new routers, no security at all just an open network, but still the problem persists.
Here's hoping for some help from anyone?
