All of my distributors are out of stock. I managed to locate a TSU9600 through Amazon - it should arrive tomorrow. There are a few RFX9400's available.

I show that Fred's place has 5 of the RFX9400, and 3 of the RFX9600.

I can check in the morning what my last disty has on hand as the website doesn't show Qty on hand.

Oh, yea, I'm in US.

I'm fairly certain that Philips themselves still has stock... distys just have to want to order.

Philips do still have stock, so buy it from an authorised Distributor.
Pronto still one of the best Wi-Fi Remotes,

With the current pricing mania, I don't think that anyone wants to carry more than a few days of inventory. If an item seems like it will be discontinued, dump what you have as soon as possible would be the distributors strategy.

I have a couple TV's that are about a week old and I'm holding them because of construction delays. They are too easy to steal from the site at this point. The customer is already beating me about prices he has seen.

Today is the 30th of November, the "official" day Philips stops selling pronto's.

So long Pronto, it's been a nice ride.

But the lack of any official statement about it from Philips (the site still acts like all is ok) is somehow confusing, and not really nice.

P.S.: Let's hope for Long live Pronto.

Can anyone help me?? - about 2 months ago I bought a Pronto 9400 and a 9800. Before I bought them - I made sure I could access the software from Philips and was registered on their site.

I have pronto edit and I can make it work but what I REALLY NEED is the HAI libraries / files for pronto so that I can integrate it into my HAI system.

Now, I have no hope of getting this file now that Philips has locked me out of their website.

The files I am looking for are something like:

HAI_9800_Pronto_Link_2_0.xcf

HAI_9400_Pronto_Link_2_0.xcf

Can anyone be so kind as to post these files or email them to me? I have no file size limit on my email :)

Thank you all in advance!

Kurt

Kurt - if you had access to the old site, that site is still available.
I haven't tried it, but I saw a post or email about it few weeks ago.
Have you tried the HAI to get the file?
R U a professional, or DIY?
Can't your disty help you?

The downloads have been removed from the old site. I will never, ever buy a Philips product again if I can avoid it.

Actually, the downloadable modules are still available on the old site. It's a roundabout way of getting there. I think you have to go to the Professional section from the old site.

Can you please share how to get there? I have found the section on the old site where the modules should be, but it contains no downloads as far as I can tell.

Hope that means that they will be sold by another company that buys the business from Phillips.... :)
