Sent back another T2c from a job last summer, sold 2 remotes and this is the 3rd that has went back. Had a rare T1 be bad out of the box, and the battery issue is just a crying shame IMHO.

For a $1300 remote design have way decent f&ckin battery!! I am having the guys bring back all bad RTI batteries and we will be sending them back to RTI. Sent 7 back a few weeks ago and the pile is already growing, I wish I would have thought of this earlier.
