hsplrguy I purchased the 91XG from Antennas Direct over the internet. The price after taxes and shipping was $130. The list price from Antenna Direct is $99. If I had shopped around I could have found a cheaper price, but I was in a hurry. I Later I found a Canadian supplier. I am very happy with the antenna. It has about 16 db gain and is an antenna that I feel confident on top of a 45 foot tower when the winds are high and there could be freezing rain, as compared to a 8 bay bowtie. Can anyone imagine a gray hoverman up on a high tower?
50 ' tower with VHF & UHF antenna at the house 45 ' tower with a 91XG yagi with a channel master preamp at the workshop/garage and a Samsung digital receiver.
