The use of an extender has nothing to do with it.
The extenderless RF signals transmitted are simply on a different frequency:
America uses 418 MHz and Europe 433.92 MHz.
So if you bring your RF operated power outlet to Europe the only thing you may need is a 115V > 230V wallwart.
