Alain,
I had to manually type the ip address of my ipronto into the "select ipronto" dialog box before it would connect... Mine uses 192.168.0.10
Kees had a good suggestion, try and upload from the ipronto.
I presume that you are using the latest iprontoedit software ?
I only have one problem, mine is back with Philips RMA for repair with no signs of return :-(
