Thanks for the help. It seems that the latest version of WinZip doesn't like the format of the ncf file. After I edit the comment and try to save the file, I get an error dialog saying that the file has an invalid structure and refuses to save the changes.

I got around this by using NEOHacker which can open both types of ncf. I cut and pasted the X10 codes from the NEO file into my RC3200 file. But I get no response from the IR543. That's why I asked if the codes for the NEO and the RC3200 are identical.
