Just an FYI. I just got off the phone with Samsung and explained that I have a customer that has an old version of the HLN617W that doesn't support descrete inputs. She told me that a tech would come out and do the upgrade at no charge. I asked her if she was SURE that there would be no charge, since I had heard that the upgrade could cost as much as 700$. She said all I would have to do is have the customer call with his name and address and they would set up an appointment. I'll post again with an update.
