I am not sure Samsung will come clean on the truth. The 43" sets controller boards don't support the codes that don't work. You'll have to go to one that does and toggle to the onre you want.

Unless this hits the OEM in the pocket book, these issues are going to be with us. Stop purchasing equipment (or for your customers) from Mfgrs that don't care about.

I only have direct experience with a 43" and a 50" HLN series and they both have these issues. Call Samsung support yourself if you like.
