Once you program device code TV0060, say you want to map the Advanced code(EFC) for video 1(177) to the +100 key on the 2103, here's how
1. press tv
2. press and hold P for two blinks
3. enter 9-9-4
4. tap P
5. enter 177
6. hit +100 key.
Without mapping the EFC, you can also just test the EFC by;
1. tapping P
2, now while pointing the remote at the TV, enter the EFC, the command will fire after the third digit it entered.
