This thread is awesome.
A quick question: I see that in some places people mention two discrete volume commands (-20, -40). I think I remember reading somewhere that you could use the denon documentation to create a discrete code for whatever discrete code you needed. Is this the case? Or are we limited to the two discrete volume settings?
