While that would certainly be convenient for me & you, who could go home to sleep, I can't imagine it for anyone flying in. The only reasonable hotels are across the river in not-so-good areas. Attendees would have to spend a stupid amount of money & time just getting around, to say nothing of after-hours recreation.

I'd vote for Atlantic City first. Then New Orleans again. Then SF & Vegas.
