i do apologize for my attack, i did not know your position in the company, and respect very much your approach to such aggresive attacks. i had many friends that were personally hurt by CC's business moves in the last 2 years and that makes this subject personal. i FULLY respect your position of having to provide for your family, which is the exact reason why i was once a firedog contractor. i started working with CC because the installers that my friends store had were terrible. i came in amongst huge promises and found only long hours and often no money. it didn't take me long to get out , but i still have people that i respect that you probably work with weekly if not daily. good luck with your job and the crestron approach and once again i do apologize.
