Only the basic one is correct for your 8811.
881x rdf files vary by the size of the eeprom and by whether/which extender you have installed. The basic one is for a 2K eeprom with no extender, which is what you have.
The extenders are extra software that make a bunch of enhancements such as macros run faster and remove restrictions on which keys can be keymoves. You can install an extender via jp1 software if you like (see more info in JP1 forum). But simply selecting the extender version of the rdf in RM and IR won't install the extender. It would just build an eeprom image that will malfunction due to lack of the extender.
