I have an RCA Professional Series STAV-3990 Audio/Video
Receiver, RCA VCR, RCA TV, Toshiba DVD, and an
RCA Ultimate TV (Direct TV).

If your RCA stereo receiver is using the Pioneer code like earlier RS RCA's did, then you're going to need a OFA/RS that accepts advanced codes for Pioneer. The remotes sold at WM don't, get the 15-2103 from radio shack, it costs $13.
