grasping at straws.

I love universal remotes but I am beginning to develop a bitter hatred toward their RF stuff. I myself have one at home and it works flawlessly. I continue to run into problems on almost every install. I know I ask the impossible.... but is there a way in the future that maybe Universal could change the freq. to something different or is the FCC going to say NAY NAY to that?
