I doubt that any of the radio shack remotes has TV code
1610 on board, or though their newest UEI made remote
15-100 $29 might?

You have to understand that the codeset used by Olevia
isn't preset into any previous released oem or universal
remotes. Only recent ones that are hard to find. For
sure any cable remote that only takes 4 digits, won't
have this code.

Actually, according the the list compiled by Robman over at JP1 site, the new RS 15-100 doesn't have it either.

However, most recent revisions of Atlas 5 DVR w/DAY remote does have TV/1610. Unfortunately, there's no easy way to identify the ones that do have them from the older versions that do not. I don't know if this would be a positive way to identify it, but I have one that does have TV/1610 (I just tried it, and it accepted it and I tested the ir output and it matches Olevia's ir codes), and the model number written inside the battery compartment says "11055-BC2", and it's from Time Warner Cable. I've tested another one from Time Warner with "1055-WC1" in the battery compartment and it didn't have TV/1610.
