Insignia is HORRIBLE! I mean, the product is good, the customer service is PATHETIC. My workplace has an INSIGNIA LCD from Futureshop, in Canada. We lost the remote and I tried calling in to get the codes.
Me: Hi, I lost the remote here at my store, can I get the access code Foreign accent lady: Wait, where are you calling from? Me: Canada Lady: Where did you buy the TV? Me: Futureshop Lady: When? What's the name of your business? Me: I don't have the receipt. Why does that matter?? Lady (rude): Then I not give it to you. Me: WTF!!
