I did a code search then, but my remote does not actually tell me what the code is. I would deprogram the code and reprogram it... and figure out how many times I had to press up, but I don't want to jinx anything and possibly screwing up how I have my remote programmed. The Sony thread did not address how to program for my particular stereo. I don't think I am really going to care as much about that since I don't usually use it by remote anyhow. People with my motorola remote just need to know really that it does work eventually with code search; you just have to keep going for a while.
