Would it be wrong to recommend to store managers to put up signs telling customers that, if they want to use the automated checkout, that they have a freaking clue about how it works????????????????
Now that even Costco has installed some self check out registers, it is REALLY an adventure.
Nothing like watching someone with a overflowing cart try to scan things where there is no place to put items before returning them to the cart.
Costco needs a HUGE sign stating 10 items or less to use the self check out. But, most wouldn't pay any attention anyway.
I hit Costco when the doors open, or I don't go at all. Same with the local grocery store.
