Again.....Epson told me this was an "in" not out but I think they are wrong.

It is unusual (in this industry), but Epson could be correct. It is possible that the sense of things is inverted and that grounding a pin with voltage is interpreted as “true” input. While I haven’t seen it in this industry, I certainly have not experienced all possible products.

Bottom line, one can only be sure if one has proper documentation.

It’s a cruel world and Mother Nature holds all of the high cards.
