What customer needs the display on screen? Half of my clients complain about volume and inputs popping up on screen.
It's not for the customer. It's for the guy who would have to string an HDMI cable from the cabinet to behind the display whenever he needs to make a minor change/adjustment.
Volume popping up on screen is awesome. Do you remember the years when OSD was over composite only and video sources were over component? We got complaints about not being able to see the volume level.
