Mario is spot on. You can get the 400 to tell HAI to do anything. You wont get any two way feed back. But, thats not that important in the scope of things.

You could also add some features using the output relays of the HAI board. Tie those to sensors and have macros execute. You say you have some sort of voice announcement. THose could be triggered when the alarm is set via the relay outputs from the HAI triggers to sensors on the 400.

Was never ever a fan of the 5000 so not to familiar with its ability but maybe it can change a button status based on macro tied to a sensor from the relay board of the 400? That would be some sort of two way feed back.

Like has been said, the 400 has zero IP capability.

The next thing we can all work on is being a bit nicer and move away from the typical knee jerk reactions. I know I have some room for improvement there as well.
