To be blunt, with those restrictions, you need to head whatever direction your HAI keypad is then....
780's and 980's dont do 2-way at all, and I'm 99% sure that that MX-5000 only does 2-way with IP control.
MSC-400 doesnt do IP. maybe if you can find the IP module you could do the direct IP control through the MX-5000 but I cant think of a more painful thing to do with a URC remote off hand. Maybe build a custom Tic Tac Toe game with lights in the ceiling....
