I don't understand how you guys aren't burned out on this stuff. A couple years ago I had to FORCE myself to stop saying "yes" to every opportunity and develop a healthy work/life balance. If I was backlogged 2-4 weeks - the customers mostly still had no problem waiting. Earlier this year when my son was born I took a month off .. A MONTH!!!!!!. Any idea how refreshed I was when I started back? The Customers were still there and the phone kept ringing like nothing happened. It was awesome! Yes I lost some revenue along the way but it was worth every dollar..

Are you guys that are soooo busy really happy at the end of the day? Is it worth it? You can't get this time back so it's up to you to decide how to spend it. 12 hour days everyday is foolish!
