Total garbage.....I have lost so much time rolling vans to Onkyo/ Integra hdmi issues, I lost count. Moral of the story is, DONT sell any brand that you dont have a great relationship with the "higher-ups". I found out really quickly that the Onkyo brass only cared about moving plenty boxes...
Every call I had with the "Regional" they could care less about our "small-issues".
I had the main guy for Onkyo-USA tell me "they had to sell the current stock and fix issues later". I thought he was kidding but he was serious. He also said the "Japenese" were well aware of the hdmi issues but would try to fix it on the next series.
NEVER AGAIN.
