Here is a nice Onkyo/Integra story for you. First off we were let go as Integra dealers about year and half ago because we "didn't sell evenly across the line." As much as that sucked, we decided to pick up Onkyo since it is the next best thing to Integra you would think. So we did 09 series and all seemed well. Fast forward a year and it seems like probably half of them have failed in one way or another, and the most recent gem is a 609 that went in for repair for a bad HDMI board surprise surprise, barely out of warranty, and historically these repairs have been in the neighborhood of $120-150. Nope, not this time, it's $295 plus shipping both ways. What was dealer cost on a Marantz NR1603 again? Great job Onkyo/Integra, you found a surefire way to make sure I never sell or recommend one again.
