this is very strange but we just had an integrator use the app successfully on a TL series today so i don't really understand the difference we had between the problem user and this one that works. we tested it ourselves and it is a TL and works fine. The only thing i can say is this TL is about a week old and we did not use the admin account (created a user account with remote web permissions).
update: we tested 3 TL series in a row just now with 2 having regular remote view permissions and 1 account having admin permissions even though it is not the admin account itself and the admin permission account had the issue. so long story short for Speco we support them on iphone, itouch, ipad but you cannot use the administrator account or any admin permission account or it won't work.
