Same situation here. Purchased two TSU9600 from two different retail outlets. I'm a level 2 certified hobbyist also and long time Pronto remote customer.
This is ridiculous to cut us off. How am I expected to get a retail electronics store to get me some code for a purchase I made two years ago?
