I too have received the 'get stuffed' message from Phillips. I'm level 2 certified and a hobbyist who bought his equipment from on-line retailers (TSU9400 & RFX9600). I don't need support from Phillips (I am a programmer!!), but I do need access to the software and updated documentation (PEP3! Soon...) in order to continue enjoying my expensive kit!
My suggestion to all Phillips Pro hobbyists is to lodge a complaint with the Pronto Team. Considering I have no relationship and don't need one with the local distributor, I'm not going to get a registration code either.
This sounds like a 'shoot, ready, aim' procedure on the part of the Phillips Pronto team... If we've proven that we know what we are doing by nature of certification; what's with the distributor registration code requirement!?!
