I've been caught out by this too - have emailed my (UK) distributor but I doubt they'll send me a code based on what others are saying here, I'm only a level 1 (and I was just about to "sit" my level 2!).

Frustrating as I'm back into Pronto dev after a bit of a layoff due to other commitments.

Hopefully, Philips will continue to welcome us "independents" into the Pronto fold - I love using and developing on the kit and it would be a shame to have to abandon it. I have long wished to extend my Pronto "hobby" into something more work-like but in these financial times, I can't afford to give up my "day job" to dedicate to what is still a fairly niche market, at least in the UK.

We'll see how things pan out, I'd really like to use PEP3.
