Review 1 made on Sunday November 19, 2000 at 10:57 PM. Strengths: Both hardware and LCD buttons, PC link. Full customization. Weaknesses: Extremely buggy. Level of frustration beyong that of working with any version of Windows! Review: The unit has nice ideas and, if you got it to work the way you want to, will probably make you happy. The problem is just that - getting it to work. Buttons placed on the remote crash the PC program, buttons placed by the program cannot be pressed on the remote. The product is buggy, I'd never buy it if I could start over, but having spent three days trying to getit to work I don't feel like starting all over again. However, if things go as they do now, I will probably end up smashing the damn thing against the wall. Quality: Features: Value:
